Fees & Insurance

• Rate per 50-60 minute individual psychotherapy session is $275. 

• Rate for a 90-minute art therapy group or workshop starts at $350 (with adjustments made for number of participants and/or duration). 

I am not on any insurance panels at this time.  However, services may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following:

• Do I have out of network mental health insurance (or "behavioral health") coverage?

• What is my deductible and how much has been met?

• How many sessions does my health insurance cover per year?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required by my primary care physician?

If you do have out of network coverage, I will provide you with a bill for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration. 

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or check are accepted for payment at the time of each session.

In order to provide availability to clients in need, I require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance or you will be required to pay for the missed session.
